Proposals in Naples
A proposal is a short plan for two people, sometimes with a photographer and a few guests. It sits alongside wedding planning. This page does not publish a package price.
Settings people ask about
- The sand at a public beach or a resort beach, if that place allows it.
- A garden. Naples Botanical Garden decides its own event rules.
- A restaurant table downtown.
- A boat. That part of the day can also use the yacht form if the boat is the whole plan.
The same proposal form is on the wedding page. Photos are a separate request on the photo page if you want a session that is not the proposal itself.

This form emails sunshine@naplesvacationplanner.com. If you tick the consent box, the same enquiry may be shared with up to 2–3 vetted local photographers and planners. It is a request for quotes, not a booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not yet, unless you say so. The wedding form asks for a guest count and a venue style. This form asks for a date, a setting, and whether you also want a photographer.
A beach is one setting people ask about. Public beach rules belong to the city or the park, and a resort beach belongs to the resort. The Naples Pier deck is closed, so it is not a proposal spot. Ask before you promise a specific stretch of sand.
Hotel rooms are closed through December 31, 2026. Do not plan guest rooms there for 2026. Confirm any restaurant use on naplesgrande.com. Other restaurants and gardens are open questions for those businesses.
